I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The check-in process felt smooth, thanks to the friendly staff. The room had a comfortable double bed, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast had good options, both continental and hot dishes. there were significant downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very low, which made showering frustrating. I reported it, and although maintenance tried to fix it, there was no luck. It was disappointing that I didn't receive any apology when I checked out. the decor in my room felt basic. it didn’t create a cozy atmosphere.

A clean and cozy room with a lovely en-suite shower made for a pleasant stay. the little touches like toiletries enhanced the experience. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure everything ran smoothly. the lack of timely communication about beer options at dinner was slightly disappointing. Though the location is a bit off the main motorway, it proved easy to find, making it a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers.

During my stay, I faced some difficulties that dampened my experience. There was no hairdryer in my room, and I was not informed beforehand that I needed to go to the reception to borrow one. This was particularly inconvenient when I was about to take a shower. The single staff member who was covering both breakfast and the front desk didn’t seem to prioritize guest convenience. he expected me to adjust my plans according to his schedule. the lack of attention to guest needs was disappointing.

Had a delish trip to Hill Park! The food was top-notch with local flavors that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the bar area had a cozy vibe, perfect for winding down after a day's adventures. Friendly staff made the experience even better!
I wish there were more teas and milks in the room. I drink a lot of tea! Still, everything else shined through, like the cozy ambiance and decent dining.
